As part of the activities of the Cinema Club at Shoruq Organization, a screening of the Palestinian animated film “The Tower” was held in collaboration with FilmLab Palestine. The screening provided participants with an opportunity to engage with Palestinian cinema and explore themes of memory, displacement, identity, and belonging through film. The activity also created a space for discussion and exchange, encouraging children and young people to reflect on the film’s story and its connection to Palestinian experiences. Through its Cinema Club activities, Shoruq Organization continues to promote film as a creative tool for learning, dialogue, cultural expression, and storytelling.
